My Progress

I am starting fresh on this weight loss journey, and while I find it extremely hard to share my starting pictures and measurements, I feel this is what I need to do in order to push myself to succeed.  If I show you where I started then I sure as heck need to show you where I end up.  The last thing I want to do is be in the same place where I started especially after sharing these pictures.

My Measurements as of 04/19/2016 are:

Neck:             15"
Shoulders:     48"
Chest:            46"
Arms:            15.5"
Forearms:      12"
Waist:            45"
Hips:             47"
Thighs:          28"
Calves:          17.5"

Something needs to change...I need to change and that means changing how I do things, how I eat, and making time for workouts and building up muscle!  I do not want to be skinny...I want to be fit, strong, and healthy!

While I hate that I did put one this much weight, I still love myself and realize that my medical issues were a large factor in this.  I love myself enough to change my lifestyle so that I can be the best mom to my girls, and if you are like me and need to make a change too feel free to join me and follow me on this journey as well.
